Describe someone you know who made a good decision recently. You should say

who he or she is

why it was a good decision and explain how you feel about the decision

首先这个题目的题眼比较多，但是其实是比较简单的。第一个题眼就是someone you know, 一定不要达成自己近期做的比较好的决定，这个是第一个关键点。第二个是a good decision, 它一定要是一个好的，在最后一位也体现了explain how you feel about the decision, 这一定要是夸他的，就是他的好在哪里是这一问，不能说是很普通的决定，这个不算。第三个体验就是recently，要体现是近期的。

从思路上来看，其实完全可以就按照这几个题目的思路去说，首先介绍他是谁，他可能是你的室友、同学或是朋友、家人，都是可以的。什么时候，这个就是比较略写的，关于他是谁，When, 这两个就是背景。之前提到过的整个事件开展的背景，What decision she made, 这回就可以详细一点了，这个地方可以描述decision和explain why it is good一起描述。就是讲decision到底好在哪里，和decision到底是什么一起讲，这个是可以的，但是一定一定要体现他是一个好decision，可能是对生活有好的影响，比如说对前途，或者是对性格有好的转变，或者是某种能力的提升。

好，之前说到了几个比较通用的能力，还记得吗?比如说critical thinking skills，communication skills，flexibility adaptibility, 对吧？这些能力上的提升都是可以的。下面来举个例子。

My friend Fancy recently made a decision that I believe was not only good but potential life changing after years of working in a corporate job that left her feeling for unfulfilled. Fancy decided to pursue her lifelong dream of opening her own bakery. This decision came after months of careful for consideration and planning. Fancy had always been passionate about baking often experimenting with reccies in her free time and delighting friends and family with her creations.

However，the security of her own paying job had always held her back from taking the leap into her own business what made her decision particularly impressive was a thoughtful way she approached it. She didn't just quit her job on a win. Instead she spent a year saving money and developing of comprehensive business plan. She also took evening classes in business management and attended workshops on running a small food business. Fancy's decision involved significant risks she had to invest a substantial portion of her savings and take out a loan to secure a small storefront and purchase equipment. However her careful planning and genuine passion for baking gave her the confidence to move forward.

The result has been remarkable. In a few months since opening Fancy's Bakery has already gained a loyal falling in the neighborhood. More importantly, Fancy is happier than I've ever seen her. Despite the long hours and hard work, she read its joy and fulfillment.

Her decision to follow her passion has not only improved her own life, but has also brought something special to our community. Fancy story is a powerful reminder of the positive outcomes that can come from making her boat well-considered decisions in pursuit of one's own dreams.

好，这个故事可能会比较长，其实可以从中去节选一些细节，不用完全的去把它讲出来，但是重点就是要突出它好在哪里，比如说他的精神面貌变好了，他更加自信了，这些都是可以的。
